The Principals

John W. Zellerbach

John W. Zellerbach is President of Fisher Hill Properties, Inc., and is a partner in Green-Zellerbach, a general partnership.

Mr. Zellerbach received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1970. He was a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy and served as a Nuclear Weapons-Anti-Submarine Warfare officer aboard a destroyer from 1970 to 1972. In 1975 Mr. Zellerbach received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business with a specialty in marketing and finance. Mr. Zellerbach is a licensed real estate broker in California.

Early in his real estate career, John Zellerbach, was involved in a company whose purpose was to identify and develop undervalued problem real estate sites. The company concentrated its efforts in the Showplace Square/Potrero Hill area of San Francisco with particular emphasis on creative renovation of former industrial properties. The company developed approximately 286,000 square feet of property with an estimated market value of $32,000,000.

In September of 1985, John W. Zellerbach joined Edward A. Green to form Green-Zellerbach, and Fisher Hill Properties, Inc.

Edward A. Green

Edward A. Green is Executive Vice President of Fisher Hill Properties, Inc. and is a partner in Green-Zellerbach, a general partnership.

Mr. Green received a B.A. degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, in December, 1971. Mr. Green is a licensed real estate salesperson in California.

From 1974 to 1980, Mr. Green was employed by the San Francisco Department of City Planning. As chief Transportation Planner, Mr. Green was responsible for planning major transportation improvement programs and worked closely with commercial and high-rise developers on planning considerations.

In September 1980, Mr. Green joined a major commercial real estate brokerage in downtown San Francisco as real estate salesperson. Specializing primarily in investment properties and development sites, Mr. Green successfully negotiated, on behalf of clients, a significant number of multi-million dollar sales and leasing transactions.

In September 1985, Mr. Green joined John W. Zellerbach to form Green-Zellerbach, and Fisher Hill Properties, Inc.
